Xuan Zhou
Xuan Zhou - Frank (Partner), BSc. has significant management experience in Sales, Marketing, and Production development. He has excellent contacts and access exploring business and market opportunities between Canada and Asia.
With his extensive version of IT, media production and marketing, he provides practical and well-researched recommendations; performing feasibility studies and Asian market investigations to clients. Mr. Zhou is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Lloyd Compton
Lloyd Compton (Partner), Chartered Accountant and Certified International Trade Professional, has over seventeen years in a professional accounting environment, including three years of international business experience with Ernst and Young International.
He is familiar with the human resource needs of PEI’s priority economic sectors having completed business plans and special studies for private and public sector clients involved in these sectors.
Everett Roche
Everett Roche (Partner), Chartered Accountant, has over twenty-five years experience as a business management consultant. He has worked closely with key stakeholders on special initiatives and projects for the Aerospace, IT and Biotechnology sectors in PEI and has traveled to other jurisdictions to study best practices in the development of these sectors.
He also served from 1999 to 2002 as a PEI representative on the Advisory Board for the Atlantic Innovation Fund (AIF)
Stephen Dunne
Stephen Dunne (Partner), BBA, Certified Management Consultant. Stephen is President and Owner of Dunne Consulting Inc. and one of only three Certified Management Consultants practicing in the Province of PEI. He has current contracts with the Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments in PEI and a retainer with Grey Worldwide.
Grey Worldwide is an international communications agency, headquartered in New York, with offices in 159 cities in 90 countries.
Shuo Huang
Shuo Huang - Sherry, BSc. is one of PEI’s leading immigration consultants and has several years prior experience working in Canadian business and immigration consulting companies.
Sherry has considerable experience working with immigrant investors under the PEI Provincial Nominee Program and has an established relationship with investment intermediaries providing the matchmaking services between immigrant partners and local PEI companies. Sherry is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
